Results depend on factors outside our control including your responsiveness, your pricing, market conditions, and the nature of your service offering. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, including prospect lists, targeting strategies, and business details. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
